This air purifier is well made, effective at air movement and the sound is reasonably quiet. The turbo setting is noisier but it doesn't bother me. I encountered no issues with the "front door"...it releases and re installs as it should. One has to locate the 2 points on the front of the door...push on both and the door releases...pushing again and the door "snaps" back in place. The first instinct is to pull on the sides of the door...bad idea...reading the instructions first is helpful! Impressive.
