I received this machine and it was very easy to assemble. It made great movie style popcorn, provided you have the right ingredients. Now here's something even the EXPERTS, miss. It's not just the kettle size but the size of the CONTAINER. This machine cranks out great popcorn, but I only was able to fill it with approximately 64 cups of popped popcorn (bin size restriction). Hence, you should buy the "right" kettle size with a BIGGER container if you are targeting large crowds. Therefore, I purchased a 14 oz machine with a bigger bin and will keep my Great Northern as a secondary backup (I'm a vendor). Once again, for $300.00 dollars and for small to medium size crowds, BEST VALUE & PRICE!
