The hose is pretty good and works well. The power head appears to be fairly generic (no name or label) but seems to work OK so far. All the additional tools are fairly cheaply constructed and not very high quality, but they're acceptable. No documentation came with the product (no user's manual, warranty registration, etc.). Have only had it about a week. Hope it will hold up long-term.

UPDATE: Hose connects too loose to the wall valve! Keeps falling out! This happens to all the wall valves. Our old hoses fit snug. I'm not sure if there is a work-around. Very frustrating. On top of that, the hose kinks like crazy. Worse similar hose I've ever owned.
