Not quite sure what happened to my last endeavor to write a review of the above item. Have to tell you though, it was really a fantastic well thought out choice for me. I highly recommend this product. I used it tonight for the first time and quiche turned out perfect. I love the convection. Actually very easy to use. It cooled down quickly on the outside when finished cooking. Expected it to take longer, but, just like Cuisinart pots and pans, they cool down quickly so as not to burn yourself. Great products. I am sticking with Cuisinart. You get what you pay for. I also love the stylish and clean lines of this particular product. Very Very happy and will keep you updated hopefully with more good experiences.
