GE JES1142SPSS 1.1 Cu. Ft. Stainless Steel Countertop Microwave Review
This was the only microwave I could find that did not have negative reviews, so I took a chance on it. I am so glad I did! It is easy to use and works very well. We can push the 1 button, and instantly the microwave cooks for 1 minute...the same with 2 (two minutes) and 3 (3 minutes). That is so convenient.The packaging used in shipping is quite well done. At first when we took it out of the box, we thought we had received a scuffed up, used blue machine, only to realize the microwave is shipped in a protective, form-fitting blue plastic.
(The only negative thing I can say about this microwave is that the stainless surface is bad to show fingerprints.) We are also impressed with their Customer Service...very nice and helpful.
Update: We have used this microwave for approximately seven months now and it still works like new.
I believe this unit can be found for less money elsewhere, but it is worth a lot to us (for health reasons) to have a large item like this one shipped right to our door.
