i was gonna upload a video to show you, But the file was a bit over the min size. So, I am gonna briefly say it here... I wanted to love this vacuum, but the hose that connect to the canister is not designed well, it doesn't lock in properly. I can remove the hose without pinch the lock. That being say when you vacuuming, the hose can come loose if you pull the canister along, naturally that stop the vacuum. I tried 2 unites, it all came out the same way. I am pretty sure it is the design problem, it probably needs a recall. This one is going back.
