iperEspresso Capsule System

I just got this illy Y 1.1 touch about a week ago and even thou our coffee habit just got more expensive, it is sooo worth it.I ordered it from illy.com and got the office subscription after searching for what would work best for us. Got ton of "freebie" gifts, including frother.
About 1.5 year ago I spent few hundreds on regular espresso machine and burr grinder only to be aggravated every day b/c my bf grinded too much coffee and it got wasted, he spilled some-always and after brewing he left all grounds in the machine, spills and all, so every time I wanted one shot for me, I had to clean it before using. So, after about 3 months I put the machine in a cabinet and we were using INSTANT! coffee. Untill I saw the illy Y 1.1....
What a dream! And best tasting shot everytime. The best part is, my bf doesn't make messes!
I am making him the mixed coffee drinks, just in case but shot of espresso takes one button.
We are using about 5 capsules a day so it is pricey, maybe we get our fill eventually and use less but for now we are having great time and loving every shot!
Anybody who thinks about this machine should give it a try.
Yeah, you are stuck w/buying fairly expensive capsules but I'd rather pay more. It saves time and clean up!
