I can't believe how quickly the log set arrived! It is just what we wanted since we cannot use our firerplace for a real fire. It does provide supplemental warmth and we enjoy watching it - as do our cats. Our only problem was that we plugged it into an outlet that serviced our TV, several lights, etc., and when I turned the controls to their highest position, we had darkness!! We have an older house and had not thought about the wiring. The log set now has its own outlet and line. Thank you for a good product, good service, and a great price!!
