I'm a professional contractor and accomadate customers of all budgets. So on the lower budget, I purchased this stainless steel range hood and while installing it, noticed the construction is on the light duty side, it arrived with 2 dents, and the motor is loud. On the specifications, it does not describe the decibal range of noise (wonder why?). The stainless steel main body, shaped like a pyramid, is flimsy. Now there are only two reviews (not including this is) which claim this is a great product. I do agree when they speak about the price, however, you get what you pay for. Spend a little more and get a better and more reliable and quieter range hood.
